Welcome to Fiore. There is a lot to consider when choosing the right school to partner with for your child. Our application process is designed to help us to get to know one another so please take this time to ask questions and learn more.

"From one parent to another, I understand the feeling of wanting to make the “right” choices for our children and at a time when they are absorbing so much, and sometimes we want to see something different from what we experienced as kids.
While I myself have a background in Early Childhood, I know that many parents don’t have knowledge about children until you have them yourselves. They are such complex beings when they enter our lives and we are expected to know how to give them the world and raise them to be capable, independent, contributing members of society, but the truth is, we just need to surround ourselves with others who have the same values and beliefs and trust the community you are engaging with and the “important” pieces will fall into place.
Fiore is a school that embodies preparing our children for life in a way that excites them to learn, go after their interests and explore the world. I look forward to sharing what children experience in environments like ours led by highly trained guides while I continue on this parenting journey with you."

Things to Note
​Please consider joining one of our upcoming events or schedule a virtual info session to get started. Once you have attended one of these, you will have access to our application for enrollment. ​

Programs are available for children between 3 months and 15 years of age. Morning, school day, and all day options available for varying ages. All programs are 5 days a week. See our Programs page for more details.

We accept new applications year round. However, new students will typically start school in September. We will consider other enrollment dates based on our availability and most ideal starting time for your child.

Summer registration is only offered to students currently enrolled in Fiore.
Financial Aid
​​​​We offer need-based financial aid to qualified students each year. Our financial aid application will be resubmitted annually. While we wish we could provide aid to all applicants with demonstrated need, please know that we receive more applications than funds available. Our financial aid application will be due by December 10th for current families and January 20th for new families.
Application Process

Schedule a Virtual Info Session
Register for one of our Prospective Parent Info Sessions. Attending this discussion allows you to see first hand what an authentic Montessori education has to offer. You will have the opportunity to learn about our school, and ask any questions you may have. We view this as a valuable step in preparing you for what our community is like. This is a required step for all parents considering our programs. Afterwards, you will receive a link to our application. Note: Info sessions are an hour in length. Please plan to attend for the full hour. We also request that you have your video turned on so that we can all have a more personal experience.

Apply
If after the tour, you believe that Fiore could be a good fit for your family, we invite you to complete an application to continue the process. You will submit a completed application form along with a $80 non-refundable application fee (this can be paid via PayPal). If your child is coming from another school setting, progress reports and evaluation/diagnosis reports, will be required at the time of applying.
Applications may be submitted until January 20th to ensure consideration for the following school year. Any applications received after this date will be considered in our second round of admissions for any remaining availability.

Parent Interview
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to sign up for a parent interview with our Director of Enrollment. We use this call to learn more about your family and answer any questions that you may have. Both parents are required to attend (when applicable).

Student Visit/ Observations
The student visit is a chance for one of our guides to meet and get to know your child. For younger students, we will invite parents for observations and a follow up conversation.

Enrollment Decision
Once you have completed all of the steps to our application process, we will review all of the information that has been gathered and determine if our school will be a good fit for you family and if we are able to serve your student in our environments. If yes, and we have a space available, we will send you a one year agreement to enroll your child. You will have 2-3 days to decide and accept our offer.
